Eve, so you can spend your Christmas in paradise. My good friend Joe worked as an architect on the island last year before quitting due to a case of island fever and a distaste for boat travel, but he clued me in on just how amazing this development is. Time flies, or perhaps seems to be non-existent here in Sihanoukville, but to my best recollection, Joe quit about six months ago and I heard nothing further until yesterday, when I read an article about it in the Financial Times
